Courses are provided online, in-person and as blended learning (both in-person and on-site). Where a course has a maximum term for completion, the course must be completed within the time stated, or the opportunity to complete a course will expire. Extensions on time may be possible, however a re-registration fee may apply. Abandoned courses cannot be refunded. Online courses purchased but not commenced may be cancelled and refunded within 14 days of purchase by contacting the Centre Manager Oliver Wootton: [email protected] Live or blended courses purchased online may be cancelled up to 21 days prior to course commencement date. If cancelled between 20 days and 14 days prior to commencement of course, a 50% refund is payable, or alternstively the date may be rebooked once without penalty. If less than 14 days notice is given, the client has the opportunity to rebook the course, without penalty, to one further date, however no refund is applicable In the event of the client being unable to attend at a future time.
Courses are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at the sole discretion of the College.
